This welcoming Cotswold holiday home sleeps up to six guests in three sumptuous bedrooms with two bathrooms, also welcoming two dogs. Once a stable, Owl Cottage has been meticulously converted with a classic, cottage style in mind, the countryside influenced fabrics and wallpapers adorn the space accompanied by exposed beams, an inglenook fireplace with wood burner, and luxurious touches throughout. Despite Owl Cottage's mid terrace location, the property feels secluded inside thanks to the clever layout design stretching over three floors each with high ceilings that add to the spacious atmosphere. Outside, the unfenced garden houses an outdoor seating set back from the lawn, a wonderful area in the summer months.

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.
For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.
Location Information
For your shopping essentials, many larger supermarkets will deliver to the area. There is also a Co-op in nearby Lechlade in addition to many local shops.

- The rear garden consists of a lawn, three patios and three outdoor tables which are shared with the neighbouring holiday cottages. The rear garden is unenclosed with direct access to the parking area and road so dogs need to be on a lead at all times and children should be supervised when outside.
- Due to the open nature and shared rear garden, dogs need to be on a lead at all times and are not permitted to toilet in the gardens so must be taken off the premise to be exercised
- Please note that the age and design of the property there are steep steps and some spaces with low head room and minimal hand rails
- The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
- No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
- The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant

- Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00
- Owl Cottage has a lovely shared garden for guests to enjoy and it is important to the owners that guests are courteous and considerate towards the neighbouring properties. We politely request that guests do not disturb the neighbours and that loud music is not played outside
A security deposit of £500 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date, providing no damage is reported the pre-authorisation will be released 5 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
