5 stylish holiday cottages & barns situated within the picturesque grounds of Camden Farm, near the historic market town of Faringdon. They can currently sleep a total 24 people (2 guests in Honey Cottage, 6 guests in Ivy Cottage, 6 guests in The Stables and a further 10 guests in High barn & Little barn. The properties have been styled to create warm and stylish accommodation and offer an excellent standard of fittings and furnishings throughout. The rural location makes for relaxing and memorable family holidays; birthday and anniversary celebrations; friends reunions; hen weekends; short breaks - perfect for getting away from it all!

LIVING

Honey Cottage -
The open plan living/dining/kitchen area has been tastefully decorated to provide a welcoming and cosy space. A comfortable leather sofa sits in front of the exposed brick fireplace/wood burning stove and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge & Ice box, washing machine, dishwasher & microwave and a small dining table to seat 2 adults.

Ivy Cottage - The kitchen is light and spacious and boasts stunning countryside views from the kitchen sink. The kitchen has been fully equipped to include large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, double oven and gas hob. Dining table and chairs to seat 6 are placed in front of the patio doors which can be opened up during the summer months. Flagstone flooring flows through from the kitchen to the living room beyond, which has been tastefully decorated to provide a welcoming and cosy space. Comfortable sofas and an armchair surround the wood burning stove and the TV.

The Stables - The spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area has been tastefully decorated to provide a welcoming and cosy space. It has exposed internal stone walls and flagstone flooring, both of which compliment the furnishings well. The open plan space contains a large dining table with benches to seat 6 people. The bifold doors can be opened up during the summer months to enjoy the garden. The kitchen island doubles up as a breakfast bar with seating for 3 people. The kitchen has been fully equipped to include large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, range cooker and gas hob. The living room is situated just beyond the kitchen where you will find comfortable sofas and armchairs surrounding the wood burning stove and the TV. Downstairs cloakroom with sink and WC.

High & Little Barn - Upon entering High barn you are greeted by the comfortable living area which has been tastefully decorated to provide a welcoming and cosy space. It has exposed internal stone walls and flagstone flooring, both of which compliment the furnishings well, large sofas sit around the wood burning stove and the TV. The open plan space contains a dining table and chairs to seat 10 people The rustic farmhouse style kitchen sits next door and has a separate breakfast table with benches. The kitchen has been fully equipped to include large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, range cooker, gas hob and separate pantry area.
Downstairs cloakroom with sink and WC. Little barn sits next door to High barn and has its own private entrance. There is a comfortable TV snug room , separate WC and small kitchenette.

Please note that a 30% reservation payment plus a £60 booking fee will be required on confirmation of booking. The final balance will be due 8 weeks before arrival.

Prices stated are based on an occupancy of up to 14 guests.

A damages deposit of £750 for all 3 barns is required to cover any breakages or extraordinary cleaning. In most cases, this will be taken as an authorisation on a credit card.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

  • Bank Holidays & Easter - minimum 4 night stay
  • Christmas - minimum 7 night stay
  • New Year - minimum 4 night stay
  • All School Holidays (including half terms) – minimum 4 night stay
  • Cheltenham Festival – minimum 4 night stay at 4 night weekend rate
Check in/check out times:
  • Check in from 4pm
  • Check out at 10am on weekdays and 11am on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
  • Early arrivals and late check outs to be agreed on request, please note additional charges will apply.
Cots and highchair are available on request.

Like many of our properties, this property welcomes pets, for a small extra charge of £40 per pet to cover additional cleaning costs. Pets must not be left unattended in the property and are not allowed on the furniture or upstairs. Please refer to our Booking T&Cs for the full details of our pet clause.

Please note that if we advertise the property with;
• An open fire or wood burner; they are only available for guest use between 1st October – 30th April. During this period we will supply guests with a complimentary basket of logs, kindling, firelighters, newspaper and matches.
• A BBQ; they are only available for guest use 1st April – 30th September. During this period we will supply guests with a complimentary bag of charcoal, kindling, firelighters, newspaper and matches or a supply of gas in the case of a gas BBQ.
