A fabulous four bedroom Cotswold Holiday home, located in the heart of the Cotswold village Famous for the annual Longborough Opera Festival.

Property details

Recently converted from a terrace of three properties into one large Cotswold house, Longborough House sits on a hill overlooking the village, close to the village pub, with fabulous rural Cotswold views. Longborough is situated between Moreton-in-Marsh to the north and Stow-on-the-Wold to the south, both busy Cotswold towns are just 3 miles away. Longborough provides a village pub, The Coach and Horses, and a village shop.


LIVING
A separate kitchen and utility are equipped with all the things you would expect to make your stay practical and comfortable. A dishwasher, fridge, oven, induction hob and microwave all reside in the kitchen, while the utility room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, integrated freezer and an additional free-standing fridge-freezer to provide sufficient food storage for the whole house.
The large main hallway provides access to both living spaces, the conservatory, and the central staircase. There is a single back door located at the end of the hall next to the kitchen.
The snug, also off the kitchen, is warm and cosy with the additional feature of a log burner. There are two comfortable sofas, a chair and wall mounted 43" HDR Smart TV.
The sitting room has a daybed, which can be made up to sleep two people, a large comfortable sofa and an additional chair. A second wall mounted 43" HDR Smart TV is located here.
The family bathroom, with a beautiful free standing roll top bath, is located off the second living space. This is a luxurious, large and glamourous bathroom and downstairs WC.
Located across the whole front of the house, a large conservatory space provides an ample dining table for up to 10 guests and a lovely space to enjoy the morning or evening sun at any time of year with additional conservatory chairs. There are two pairs of patio doors out onto the terrace.

Modern radiators are located through-out, including the conservatory and hall, each individually controlled.

Ample off-road parking is also provided at the front and back of the house with sufficient space for approximately 6 cars. (4 to the front of the house and at least 2 to the rear)
Please note that the driveway provides shared access for the landlord of the Coach and Horses Pub.

This property sleeps a total of 10 guests - 8 people in 4 bedrooms and 2 people in the snug on the daybed. Prices are based on an occupancy of 8 guests and an additional supplement of £75 per person will be applied up to the maximum occupancy of 10 and please enquire for further details.

If the property has an open fire or wood burner, logs are only supplied to guests between 1st October – 30th April

If the property has a BBQ, coal, and gas is only supplied to guests between 1st April - 30th September

The village pub is within stumbling distance and the busy Cotswold towns of Stow-on-the-Wold and Moreton-in-Marsh are both just three miles away.
