This stunning Cotswold holiday home is the complete escape from urban pressures, but close enough to Cirencester, the capital of the Cotswolds, for culture shopping, cafes, bars and restaurants. This fabulous lakeside large holiday house sleeps up to 11 guests.
The large entrance hall leads through into a spacious open plan, double height, modern living space. The beautiful timber frame is evident throughout. The large glass south-facing gable looks out over the lake with plenty of comfortable sofas as this end of the room, benefiting from light and the views. There is a Lutron lighting system for internal coloured lighting. Underfloor heating throughout the downstairs floor of the property. Bluetooth music system and Sonos music system available both inside and outside.
A formal dining table seats up to 11 guests in comfortable leather dining chairs.
Fully fitted, large, modern kitchen a pair of Wolf ovens, large hob, dishwasher, washing machine, a pair of large fridge freezers, and wine cooler.
The feature spiral staircase leads to the glass sided bridge with access to both bedrooms on one side of the property and a large sleeping “loft” on the other side. The latter has access to the balcony with alfresco seating for warm summer evenings.

Set next to an 18 acre lake, in a 28 acre private estate, Great Moor Lake House benefits from complete privacy and the opportunity to walk, swim, row or fish! The secluded nature of this property means that access is via a long private driveway which is an unmade road. Please drive carefully, especially if you have a car with low clearance.
Directly outside the house you will find decked entertainment spaces with outdoor lighting and a outdoor hot shower.
This property also benefits from a hot tub located outside, close to the house. Please note: The hot tub is not inlcuded in your rental, however is avalible to purchase for £200.00 per stay, as an optional extra when booking.
There is sufficient outdoor furniture to seat all guests and a BBQ is available during the summer months in addition to and outdoor fire area.
