Property details

Hennessy Barns is made up of 3 barn conversions. High Barn and Little Barn sit together and can accommodate 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. The main living/entertaining space and three bedrooms are located in High Barn and a further 2 bedrooms plus TV room and kitchenette are located next door in the Little Barn. The Stables sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. Each barn has beautiful features and oozes style and comfort. All are pet friendly too, you’ll find there is plenty of space for everyone inside and out.

If you are looking for something bigger then you can also book the other cottages on-site, Honey Cottage (sleeps 2) and Ivy Cottage (sleeps 6).

An additional entertainment space, The Camden Hub, is available for an extra charge if you are booking two or more barns at Camden Farm. This unique rustic barn space provides an enclosed, heated entertainment space for dining and dancing along with a kitchen, 2 toilets (his & hers) large rustic trestle table, chairs, and place settings for up to 24 as standard. Accommodation

High Barn & Little Barn

Upon entering High Barn you are greeted by the comfortable living area which has been tastefully decorated to provide a welcoming and cosy space. It has exposed internal stone walls and flagstone flooring, both of which compliment the furnishings well, large sofas sit around the wood-burning stove and the TV. The open-plan space contains a dining table and chairs to seat 10 people The rustic farmhouse style kitchen sits next door and has a separate breakfast table with benches. The kitchen has been fully equipped to include a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, tumble dryer, range cooker, gas hob, and separate pantry area.
Downstairs cloakroom with sink and WC. Underfloor heating is in High Barn on the ground floor.

Little Barn sits next door to High barn and has its own private entrance. There is a comfortable snug room with a TV, separate WC, and a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. (Please note there are no other cooking facilities in Little Barn.) Little Barn has underfloor heating throughout.

The Stables

The spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area has been tastefully decorated to provide a welcoming and cosy space. It has exposed internal stone walls and flagstone flooring, both of which compliment the furnishings well. The open plan space contains a large dining table with benches to seat 6 people. The bifold doors can be opened up during the summer months to enjoy the garden. The kitchen island doubles up as a breakfast bar with seating for 3 people. The kitchen has been fully equipped to include a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, range cooker, and gas hob. The living room is situated just beyond the kitchen where you will find comfortable sofas and armchairs surrounding the wood-burning stove and the TV.

Bedroom 3 - Master bedroom with king-size bed, a separate dressing room with hanging space and shelving, en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

Outside

The Cottages sit on a rural farm surrounded by beautiful countryside.
Other holiday let cottages are also located on the farm, but each cottage has its own dedicated outside space with bistro table, chairs, and charcoal BBQ.
Guests are very welcome to explore the surrounding area and you will find the river Thames to the rear of the farm, so the Thames path can be easily accessed where many pubs are located along the river, serving food and drink!
Allocated parking for 3 cars at The Stables and 5 cars at High Barn.

The Finer Details

?StayCotswold are now offering a flexible cancellation policy allowing our guests to book with confidence, knowing that if you cancel for any unforeseen circumstances that arise, you the guest will be returned your booking deposit or full payment depending upon what has already been paid. This will apply to all new bookings placed to arrive after the 1st August 2020.
  • Bed linen and towels provided
  • Infant friendly - There are 2 travel cots and 2 highchairs at this property available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as these are not provided)
  • Dog friendly – up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge of £40 per dog. Please refer to our pet rules on our FAQ page for more information.
  • There is a wood burner at the property - please note that logs are only supplied to guests between 1st October – 30th April.
  • The driveway is accessible for all vehicles and there is enough parking for 3/4 cars
  • There is a large garden with a table and chairs. There is also a small paddock to the rear of the barn. Please note that the paddock and garden are not secure, therefore children and dogs will need to be accompanied at all times.
  • There is a TV in the sitting room

Things to Note...

If you choose not to add damage deposit cover at the point of booking, then we will require a security deposit of £500.

Check out is by 10:00 on weekdays and Saturdays, and 11:00 on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
