The interior of this Cotswold holiday home has a lovely calming decor and with full height doors and windows in the living space showing off the amazing lake scenery so it can be seen and enjoyed whatever the weather.
The open plan kitchen and dining area are central to the home and the living area opens out onto the deck with a hot tub, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ for the warmer days. In winter you can curl up on the couch in front of the fire and enjoy the extraordinary views and wildlife of the lake from the comfort of the sofa.
A bedroom and bathroom can be found on the ground floor for anyone not wanting to venture upstairs and the other three bedrooms and two bathrooms are spread out over the two floors above so plenty of space for everyone. Extra sleeping can be found off bedroom 4 up a ladder and in the eves of the roof, a perfect hideout for the kids.
Sleeps 8+2 in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (of which 1 is en-suite).
Kitchen/Dining room: Open-plan room. Electric double oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer

Bedroom three: (Sleeps 4) Double bed, there is a loft area that sleeps 2 guests and is accessed by a paddle ladder (can be made as a twin or double, please request at time of booking)

There is a communal garden space at the front of the house and shared use of a tennis court

- Infant friendly - there is 1 travel cot and 1 highchair available on request

The house is semi-detached and is in a gated community
There are 3 steps leading down to the living area
Please note that the decking is not secure so children and dogs must be supervised at all times
The loft area in bedroom 4 is accessed via a ladder so therefore is not suitable for guests with mobility restrictions
If you choose not to add damage deposit cover at the point of booking, then we will require a security deposit of £500

Water's Edge is set on one of the 150 Cotswold lakes. The lake house is the perfect location to enjoy a variety of water sports. There's motorised water sports, sailing, canoeing, and paddle boarding at a nearby lake. The biggest attractions nearby are cycling, walking and watching the wildlife - so as it's pet friendly you can bring your dog to enjoy the walks with you! There is a Spar shop located around a mile away in the village of South Cerney. There's the Royal Oak pub in South Cerney only 1 mile away. A selection of supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants can be found in Cirencester just 4 miles away.
