Encompassed by the stunning Cotswold countryside, 4 Bear’s Court is a fabulous Cotswold holiday home with a hot tub situated in North Barn which sleeps six guests, in three generous bedrooms, with three bathrooms. This converted barn has an intimate yet airy feel, with cosy soft furnishings and an abundance of colour. There is plenty of room for all guests to relax in the spacious bedrooms, come together in the open plan living area and enjoy a home-cooked meal in the well-equipped kitchen. Then, at the end of a day exploring the Cotswolds, make your way to the hot tub and unwind in the relaxing scenery. North Barn is home to three other holiday lets, which is great if you wish to go away with friends, family, and of course your dog, as each property accepts one medium sized dog!

Booking & Payment
StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.
For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

- The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
- No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
- The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant
- Hen and Stag parties are permitted
- Events are not permitted without prior consent
- A security deposit is required at this property
- Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00
- 4 Bear's Court has a lovely garden for guests to enjoy and it is important to the owners that guests are courteous and considerate towards the neighbouring properties. We politely request that guests do not disturb the neighbours and that loud music is not played outside after 23:00
- BBQs are not provided but guests are welcome to bring their own (please dispose of them afterwards)
- Please note there is CCTV on site which covers the car park and grounds, excluding the property gardens
- 4 Bear's Court is a self-contained property in the grounds where the owner lives
A security deposit of £250 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date, providing no damage is reported the pre-authorisation will be released 5 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
