If you're looking for a romantic and relaxing bolthole in the Cotswolds, this apartment will be perfectly suited to you. Located on the first floor, this light and airy accommodation has a welcoming open-plan living area with cosy seating to snuggle up in after a wonderful day exploring the chocolate box towns and villages that make the Cotswolds so special. Situated in the owner's grounds, it is a superb location for visiting the picturesque town of Bourton-on-the-Water and the bustling town of Stow-on-the-Wold.

Booking & Payment

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Location Information

Bear's Court Apartment is set on the most stunning estate, with views across the Cotswold countryside. It is perfect for multiple friend and family groups to go away together as there are two barns with four separate holiday lets within and an annex. Located just on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Little Rissington and a short drive away from Bourton-on-the-Water, there is plenty to do in the area. If you are a food fanatic, you will be spoilt for choice walking along the river in Bourton-on-the-Water, as there is an array of eateries to explore and plenty of boutique shops to enjoy along the way. For a day out, why not head to Blenheim Palace in Woodstock or Stratford-upon-Avon, which hold numerous events throughout the year for all the family to enjoy.

For your shopping essentials, there is a well-stocked Co-op in Bourton-on-the-Water and a Tesco in Stow-on-the-Wold.
The North Cotswolds is a delightful area to stay in; with historical, quirky buildings, undisturbed villages, and rolling hills, you are bound to enjoy a memorable stay. The towns of Burford, Broadway, and Chipping Campden are well worth a visit. With amazing places such as the Cotswold Wildlife Park, Daylesford Organic with multiple day courses, a model village, and Chedworth Roman Villa all a short drive away, there is plenty to do for all age groups.

The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £150 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date, providing no damage is reported the pre-authorisation will be released 5 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
