Combe House is a beautifully refurbished Cotswold holiday home which sleeps six guests, in four chic bedrooms, with two bathrooms. The contemporary open plan layout of the ground floor is ideal for spending time with loved ones, with a kitchen full of modern amenities, a striking pyramid skylight over the dining table and a cosy wood burning stove to gather round in the sitting room. Upstairs each bedroom boasts lovely views of either Winchcombe's charming houses or out to the surrounding countryside. The gravel garden is a wonderful suntrap and the secluded garden room is a great additional living space – the perfect spot to unwind with a cup of tea.

Booking & Payment

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Location Information

Combe House is located in the centre of Winchcombe, a Saxon town in the North Cotswolds. This town is home to many amenities including boutique shops, eateries and tearooms, there is even a Michelin starred restaurant, Restaurant 5 North Street. Throughout the year, Winchcombe also hosts many traditional local events such as the Literary and Arts festival and the monthly country market.
For your shopping essentials, there is a Mid-Counties Co-op in Winchcombe and a Tesco Superstore in Cheltenham.
Winchcombe is surrounded by stunning countryside and holds the 'Walkers are Welcome' status. It is uniquely placed at an intersection of the renowned hiking and cycling routes The Cotswold Way, Gloucestershire Way, Wardens' Way and Windrush Way. Just a short drive away are the much loved towns of Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Campden and Cheltenham, as well as the picturesque villages of Broadway, Lower Slaughter and Blockley.   • Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00
Security Deposit

A security deposit of £350 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date, providing no damage is reported the pre-authorisation will be released 5 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
