Situated in the Chimney Meadows Nature Reserve, guests can enjoy uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside and there is no shortage of lovely walks and cycle routes from the doorstep. Plus it is dog friendly property too.

A security deposit of £500.00 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date, providing no damage is reported the pre-authorisation will be released 5 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.

In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.
For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

It is the Located in the Chimney Meadows Nature Reserve, Curlew Barn is surrounded by wildlife year round from water voles to a variety of bird species. Be sure to keep an eye out for them during your stay.
For your shopping essentials, head into nearby Bampton (five miles) or to explore the filming location of the famous Downton Abbey, before heading back via Aston Pottery for tea and cake and a look round their gardens and shop.
Surrounding villages are also home to some fabulous gastro pubs so don't miss a visit to The Double Red Duke, Clanfield or The Bell Inn, Langford.
