Evenlode is one of a collection of three stylish Cotswold holiday apartments located on Burford High Street.This holiday home is a great base from which to explore Burford and the surrounding areas. The apartment has been well thought out to provide a warm and welcoming space for guests to relax in after a busy day exploring the Cotswolds.
LIVING
The entrance, at the back of the apartment, leads into a well-equipped kitchen/diner including fridge/freezer, oven, electric hob, microwave and seating for four people. Upstairs you will find a separate lounge area that benefits from exposed beams and high, pitched ceilings with a comfortable chair, a relaxed three-seater sofa, a coffee table and flat screen TV with Freeview & Netflix.

OUTSIDE
Access to the property is directly from Burford High Street, through a shared entrance door which leads into a communal courtyard area which can be enjoyed during the warmer months. Each property has its own front door.
Free restricted street parking is available outside the property to unload your belongings and you will find free longer term parking is available in a large car park at the lower end of town. Please note there is no allocated parking for this property.
A security deposit of £150 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date, providing no damage is reported the pre-authorisation will be released 5 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.
For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.
Burford is an old Cotswold market town with many historical connections. Known as the Gateway to the Cotswolds, it offers a range of shopping facilities, a beautiful parish church, and a number of public houses. The town nestles in the Windrush Valley surrounded by beautiful countryside yet is within easy reach of Oxford and Cheltenham, both of which provide the main cultural and shopping facilities for the area. There are good road communications to London via the A40/M40 and a train service runs from Charlbury to London Paddington.
