Accommodation
This four bedroom holiday cottage in Longborough is the perfect dog friendly holiday home for those looking to get together with family and friends, exploring the local countryside. The large Cotswold accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground Floor
The large main hallway provides access to both living spaces, the conservatory, and the central staircase. There is a single back door located at the end of the hall next to the kitchen. Modern radiators are located through-out, including the conservatory and hall, each individually controlled.
Kitchen
A separate kitchen and utility are equipped with all the things you would expect to make your stay practical and comfortable. A dishwasher, fridge, oven, induction hob and microwave all reside in the kitchen, while the utility room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, integrated freezer and an additional free-standing fridge-freezer to provide sufficient food storage for the whole house.
Snug
The snug, also off the kitchen, is warm and cosy with the additional feature of a log burner. There are two comfortable sofas, a chair and wall mounted 43" HDR Smart TV.
Sitting Room
The sitting room has a large comfortable sofa and an additional chair. A second wall mounted 43" HDR Smart TV is located here.
Family Bathroom
The family bathroom, with a beautiful free standing roll top bath, is located off the second living space. This is a luxurious, large and glamorous bathroom and downstairs WC.
Conservatory
Located across the whole front of the house, a large conservatory space provides an ample dining table for up to 8 guests and a lovely space to enjoy the morning or evening sun at any time of year with additional conservatory chairs. There are two pairs of patio doors out onto the terrace.

Ample off-road parking is also provided at the front and back of the house with sufficient space for approximately 6 cars. (4 to the front of the house and at least 2 to the rear)
Please note that the driveway provides shared access for the landlord of the Coach and Horses Pub.

Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.
For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.
A security deposit of £500 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date, providing no damage is reported the pre-authorisation will be released 5 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
