We loved this house, & it was perfect for a large family gathering - two cosy living areas which suited teens and oldies, tastefully-designed rooms and comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and a stone's throw from the pub and the village shop, There was even a decorated Christmas tree, to make it even more welcoming. On the negative side - it would have helped to have an extending dining table or a side table - it was just a tad too short for a festive meal, with not a lot of table space for vegetables. And the oven - it's just too small, so cooking for a group needs careful planning, and it won't accommodate a large turkey. Summer visitors might miss a garden, but the house is perfect for winter gatherings.

Thank you for your fantastic review of Longborough House! Your thoughts and feedback is greatly appreciated. We will certainly review the oven! We do hope that you come back and stay with us again soon!
