Originally built in the late 19th century, Magnolia Cottage is a lovely Cotswold holiday cottage near Chipping Campden, which sleeps 5 guests, in three beautifully-appointed bedrooms, with a spacious family bathroom. On the ground floor you have a well-equipped kitchen, an open-plan lounge/dining room with a cosy wood burning stove, and direct access to the patio area, home to an outdoor table and seating, a space to enjoy all year round. At the front of the property there is a cosy sitting room with an ornamental fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating, perfect for those wintery evenings indoors. Patio area with garden table and seating for five. The enclosed lawned garden is surrounded by leafy shrubbery creating a lovely spot to relax and unwind. There is also a small well kept gated front garden with shrubs and plants.

Booking & Payment

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Location Information

Magnolia Cottage is located in the picturesque village of Honeybourne, an unspoilt village benefitting from two popular country pubs including the 13th Century Thatched Tavern, two convenience stores (Co-Op and Spar), post office, and three takeaway shops. There are many local walking trails and cycle routes available nearby, including the Broadway Tower loop from Willersey which in just over five miles takes you on a circular route with iconic views of Broadway Tower and the surrounding countryside, as well as Broadway high street, an attractive spot with a variety of eateries, independent shops and galleries.
Honeybourne sits on the edge of the North Cotswolds and is perfectly placed for visiting the much loved towns and villages of Evesham, Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Campden, Broadway, Blockley, Stratford-upon-Avon and Lower Slaughter, as well as the numerous local attractions including Honeybourne Pottery and All Things Wild.

  • A security deposit is required at this property
  • Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00
  • The garden is regularly maintained by a professional gardening service and although this work is generally carried out when the property is vacant, the gardener may need to carry out work whilst the property is occupied. If you require further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us
Security Deposit

A security deposit of £250 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date, providing no damage is reported the pre-authorisation will be released 5 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
