A security deposit of £250 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date, providing no damage is reported the pre-authorisation will be released 5 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Magnolia Cottage is located in the picturesque village of Honeybourne, an unspoilt village benefitting from two popular country pubs, two convenience stores (Co-Op and Spar), post office, and three takeaway shops. There are many local walking trails and cycle routes available, including the Broadway Tower loop from Willersey which in just over five miles takes you on a circular route with iconic views of Broadway Tower and the surrounding countryside, as well as Broadway high street, an attractive spot with a variety of eateries, independent shops and galleries.
Honeybourne sits in the heart of the North Cotswolds and is perfectly placed for visiting the much loved towns and villages of Evesham, Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Campden, Broadway, Blockley and Lower Slaughter, as well as the numerous local attractions including Honeybourne Pottery and All Things Wild.
