Primrose Cottage is an end of terrace Cotswold stone property dating back to the 1800s that sympathetically combines wonderful original features, including stone mullion windows, with modern facilities. Sleeping four guests (no children aged eight or under permitted, except for one baby not yet walking), in two beautifully appointed bedrooms with a large bathroom, it is set over three floors and has a beautiful garden to enjoy.

This two bedroom holiday cottage in the charming village of Blockley is perfectly suited for two couples, or a family with older children, looking to explore the countryside and many attractions the North Cotswolds have to offer. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Stable door opening onto the garden, electric cooker, four-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, combined washing machine/tumble dryer and table and four chairs

Bath with handheld shower attachment, loo and wash basin

Pretty patio with table and four chairs, two steps up to a stretch of lawn with shrubs to one side which is enclosed with a gate, beyond which is a second garden area with countryside views and gate leading directly to local walks. The flowing brook runs along the full length of the garden and there is a charcoal BBQ during the summer.

In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.
For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.
A security deposit of £150 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date and, providing no damage is reported, the pre-authorisation will be released 7 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
