• Whilst the barn is all on one level, there are two steps down to the sun terrace and one step up to the main entrance
• The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
• No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

• The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant
• Events are not permitted without prior consent
• A security deposit is required at this property
• Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00
• Rainbow Barns is a self-contained property in the grounds where the owners live. Please note that the owners' dog is often in their garden, though is very friendly
• Upon arrangement with the owners, guests are able to use the washing machine and tumble dryer at the owners' home

Rainbow Barns is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Bourton-on-the-Water, often referred to as the ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’ due to the low arched bridges that cross over the River Windrush. Bourton is surrounded by wonderful countryside, with many footpaths on its doorstep, and also boasts a number of eateries and attractions such as Smiths of Bourton, Small Talk Tearooms, A'moore Coffee House, The Model Village and Birdland Park & Gardens.
