The open-plan living space has a well-equipped kitchen, comfy seating, and a dining area for two.
This property is a wonderful spot to relax in whilst visiting the much admired Cotswolds.

Rosewood Lodge is located second in the row of four staggered lodges located within the owner's grounds, in the charming village of Bretferton in the Vale of Evesham and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Bretferton is ideally located for the avid walker to visit some of the most stunning views the Cotswolds has to offer, such as Broadway Tower, where you can walk around the grounds and from the top of the tower view 16 different counties. With the local pub being a staple of village heritage, spend a summer evening in the garden at The Fleece. Renowned for having the best fish and chips in the Cotswolds, pop into Broadway to Russell's Fish and Chip Shop or enjoy tapas at The Broadbean.
For your shopping essentials, there is a Waitrose, M & S Food, and a Tesco Superstore in Evesham, alternatively there is a community shop in the village.
