The Coach House, South Cerney, is an exquisitely refurbished 18th century Grade II listed Cotswold holiday cottage which sleeps two guests (no children aged 17 or under permitted except for one infant aged two or under), in one fabulous bedroom, with an ensuite. This charming and sophisticated renovation is full of tasteful and stylish country chic interiors and has a thoughtfully designed open plan living space, well-equipped kitchen and delightful living area complete with electric flame effect wood burner and cosy soft furnishings. A whimsical setting awaits in the courtyard with a quaint seating area and a superb outdoor bath tub, the fundamental cure after a long day exploring the Cotswolds. StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

The Coach House is nestled in the picturesque village of South Cerney, known for its scenic walks, magnificent Cotswold houses and wonderful community. South Cerney is the perfect spot to stay if you wish to visit the local towns and villages of Cirencester, Lechlade-on-Thames, Tetbury and Bibury. A little further afield but worth a visit are Burford, Malmesbury and Stroud.

  • The maximum occupancy for this property is 2 adults. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under)

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £150 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date and, providing no damage is reported, the pre-authorisation will be released 7 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
