The Farmhouse is a well-proportioned period property that has evolved from the late 17th century through to the early 20th century near Broadway. The property has been lovingly renovated to make the most of the spectacular views across the half-acre of garden and rolling countryside beyond. The flexible layout makes this an ideal home to come together with extended family and friends, accommodating 10+1 in five generous double bedrooms and the +1 is a single bed on the mezzanine level. There is a superb kitchen and breakfast room, also ideal for lounging and enjoy the view with a glass of wine! The large sitting room has a gorgeous feature fireplace with wood burning stove, perfect for winter evenings, and in the summer throw open the bi-fold doors that lead straight out onto the terrace with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating.

Located in the unspoilt countryside, The Farmhouse is situated in the peaceful village of Aston Somerville near Broadway and is ideal for groups of friends or family gatherings and those looking to explore the North Cotswolds. Booking & Payment

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Location Information

Aston Somerville lies in a lovely and unspoiled tract of countryside and delightfully located to enjoy the magnificent Bredon Hills which are in view of The Farmhouse. The local town of Broadway is a short drive away, with an abundance of restaurants such as Russell’s of Broadway, The Broadway Hotel, Flipside and the Lygon Arms, recernly taken over by James Martin!
For all your shopping essentials, Broadway has a wonderful Deli, a Co-op and Collins of Broadway butchers.
We recommend exploring other areas of the Cotswolds such as Chipping Campden, Stow-on-the-Wold and Winchcombe.
There is wealth of activities in the area from horse riding or walking through the beautiful countryside to racing at Prescott Speedway. Not to mention the likes of Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon, only a 30 minute drive away there is plenty to do in the area. A little further afield you will find Silverstone Race track, only an hour away and home to many events such as the F1.

  • Please be aware that The Farmhouse is located in a quiet and peaceful area, and we respectfully request that guests are mindful of neighbours at all times, especially when outside, noise and music need to be kept to a minimum beyond 10pm
  • Shops, pubs and restaurants all within a few miles by car - the local pub is The Beckford Inn in Tewkesbury about 4 miles away and a Russell’s Restaurant and Lygon Arms in Broadway
  • This is an older property with beautiful character features, but includes some low beams and low ceilings upstairs. There are steep steps to the mezzanine with the +1 single bed
  • The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
  • No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
Things to Note...
  • The maximum occupancy for this property is 11 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 2 additional infants
  • Hen and Stag parties are not permitted, though other same sex groups are allowed
  • Commercial and work-related bookings are not permitted without prior consent
  • A security deposit is required at this property
  • Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00
Security Deposit

A security deposit of £350 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date and, providing no damage is reported, the pre-authorisation will be released 7 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
