A security deposit of £250 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date, providing no damage is reported the pre-authorisation will be released 5 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.

In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.
For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Broadway is one of the leading North Cotswold villages and the high street is lined with tea rooms, pubs and gorgeous shops. You'll find Weavers Cottage ideally located at the far end of the high street, just a short walk to the hustle and bustle the town has to offer. Be sure to take the two-three mile round trip walk to Broadway Tower to soak up the views during your stay or head to The Lygon Arms for dinner and a cocktail or two.
For your shopping essentials, there is a Co-op just off the high street and you must also pay a visit to the Broadway Deli, offering local and high quality goods.
Broadway is also well located for an easy drive to other much loved towns and villages across the Cotswolds including Moreton-in-Marsh, Stow-on-the-Wold and Winchcombe to name a few.
