Overview

Weavers Cottage is a superb Grade II listed holiday home which sleeps five guests across three tastefully decorated bedrooms. On the ground floor and at the heart of the cottage is a delightful living room with exposed Cotswold stone walls, oak beams and a large inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. A modern open plan kitchen/dining space with original flagstone floor opens onto a patio and gravelled garden, enclosed with beautiful Cotswold stone walls.

This three bedroom Cotswold holiday cottage is ideally situated just a short walk from the main high street of Broadway. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

  • This is an old, Grade II listed property and has many original features, including low beams, sloping ceilings, multiple floors, and steps throughout the property and garden
  • The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
  • No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
Things to Note...
  • The maximum occupancy for this property is 5 guests. Regrettably, Weavers Cottage does not accept children or infants under the age of eight years
  • Hen and stag groups are not permitted
  • Commercial, work related and same sex bookings are welcome
  • Events are not permitted without prior consent
  • A security deposit is required at this property
  • Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00
Security Deposit

A security deposit of £250 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date, providing no damage is reported the pre-authorisation will be released 5 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.

Booking & Payment

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Location Information

Broadway is one of the leading North Cotswold villages and the high street is lined with tea rooms, pubs and gorgeous shops. You'll find Weavers Cottage ideally located at the far end of the high street, just a short walk to the hustle and bustle the town has to offer. Be sure to take the two-three mile round trip walk to Broadway Tower to soak up the views during your stay or head to The Lygon Arms for dinner and a cocktail or two.
For your shopping essentials, there is a Co-op just off the high street and you must also pay a visit to the Broadway Deli, offering local and high quality goods.
Broadway is also well located for an easy drive to other much loved towns and villages across the Cotswolds including Moreton-in-Marsh, Stow-on-the-Wold and Winchcombe to name a few.

We had a wonderful time at Weavers Cottage. The cottage has been finished to a very high standard inside and has everything you could need. Some kindling could have been useful for the fire as we only had large logs but that’s a minor point. The location is perfect for walks into the countryside or a short stroll to the local shops. An altogether cozy and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay again.
