Windrush is a large stylish Cotswold holiday apartment located on Burford High Street. It is the perfect place to enjoy all Burford has to offer. The living space of this stylish holiday home overlooks the bustling Cotswold High Street with shops, cafes, and pubs all within walking distance. You will find a clean and modern open plan interior in contrast to the typical Cotswold street exterior. There are also some lovely traditional features including exposed stonework and original exposed beams. The property has two comfortable double bedrooms one en suite and a family bathroom.

The kitchen includes dishwasher, oven/hob microwave, free-standing fridge freezer, and washer dryer. The lounge space comprises a comfortable three-seater sofa and easy chair, with a coffee table and a flat-screen TV.

Bedroom 1
Zip and link Superking bed that can be made into two singles on request. Located on the second floor this bedroom benefits from an en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

Bedroom 2
Zip and link Superking bed that can be made into two singles on request. Located on the first floor this bedroom has its own shower room conveniently located across the hallway.

Outside
Access to the property is directly from Burford High Street, through a shared entrance door which leads into a communal courtyard area which can be enjoyed during the warmer months. Each property has its own front door. Windrush is accessed via an open metal staircase with a painted stable door.
Free restricted street parking is available outside the property to unload your belongings and you will find free long term parking is available in a large car park at the lower end of town. Please note there is no allocated parking for this property.

• Infant friendly- there is 1 travel cot and 1 highchair available on request (please bring your own linens for the travel cot, as these are not provided)
• Dog friendly (On request only) - 1 well behaved dog is welcome for an additional charge of £40. Please refer to your signed terms and conditions for our pet rules. Please note that the courtyard area outside is shared.
