If you are travelling from inside the UK, there are currently no travel restrictions affecting your booking.
Lockdown Or Travel Restrictions
Should your booking be unable to go ahead as a result of a national or regional government lockdown or imposed travel restrictions, you will receive a full refund of the accommodation value and any pet fees, if applicable. Alternatively, and at the owner’s discretion, you may move your dates and reschedule your booking*.
Party Size Or Household Restrictions
Should your party be unable to travel as a result of legislative restrictions to party size or number of households that can mix indoors, you will have the option to cancel for a full refund of the accommodation value and any applicable pet fees. Alternatively, at the owner’s discretion, you may move your dates and reschedule your booking*. In this instance, we request that you contact our office to discuss your particular situation and the options available to you.
Should you or one of your party become unwell with Covid-19 within 14 days of your arrival, you should notify us immediately to inform us of whether you intend to reduce your party size, or cancel your booking. We strongly advise that you obtain appropriate travel insurance for your stay, as a cancelled booking will be subject to our usual cancellation policy (available to view here Booking Conditions). Early awareness of your cancellation will allow us an increased opportunity to resell the dates, and should we be successful in doing so, you may qualify for a partial or full refund.
Should you develop symptoms of Covid-19 whilst in the property, you should take a test as soon as possible and inform StayCotswold or the property manager of the result. Providing it is safe to do so, you and your party should return home immediately. Should you be required to isolate in the property, you will be liable for the value of any bookings that need to be cancelled as a result, or the full cost of the additional period of your stay. Please note that no refund will be given should your holiday need to be cut short as a result of Covid-19.
3rd Party Bookings
Bookings made through Online Travel Agents (OTAs) such as Airbnb may be subject to different terms and conditions. We recommend that you contact StayCotswold to discuss your options before approaching the OTA, as we may be able to offer additional solutions to overcome your issue.
*More expensive dates will require additional payment of the difference by the guest. Cheaper dates will be subject to a refund of the difference.
