Charlie is an ambitious and creative chef, and as a farmer’s son, he is passionate about sourcing local foods which have been produced in an ethical manner. An extensive network of local suppliers and producers mean that they can create interesting and delicious menus for all occasions. They adopt the ‘nose to tail’ practice, using the whole animal where possible to minimize wastage.
Charlie has been classically trained and has run the kitchen in establishments such as The Feathered Nest, Nether Westcote and The Bell at Langford.
Growing up on the family farm where much of the activity was centred around the kitchen table, he is happy to deliver any menu from good home cooked favourites to exquisite tasting menus and everything in between.
