Wonderful accommodation. Four of us enjoyed the house and gardens. Comfy beds. We sat outside during the night to star-gaze and heard an owl in the distance. Very quiet. The road into Bibury was a pleasant walk (need a torch at night), with no fast traffic or large lorries to worry about. We walked on a couple of bridleways close by, to view the lovely countryside. Thank you.
We’ve just had another fantastic week at the beautiful Old Farm Cottage. The house itself is a beautiful, quintessentially English cottage. Absolutely gorgeous. Lovely gardens and outside space - great for hide and seek for children and a wonderful summerhouse for snuggling up in for movie nights. A short walk gets you to Bibury with pubs and the Trout Farm which you can book to catch and then BBQ yourself. Wonderful country lane walks in every direction- 5 minutes walk away from a beautiful bridge where you can paddle with swans and see horses coming into the water for a drink and cool down, and a little bus stop where you can exchange books or get fresh eggs from the locals! . So close to so many Cotswolds attractions- crocodile world. Cotswolds farm park, national trust places, Cotswolds zoo, many beautiful Cotswolds towns to visit. We didn’t want to come home! The house has everything you need for your stay- well stocked kitchen, bath and separate shower room so great for multiple families , lots of space, peace and quiet, and an absolute home from home feel. It is just gorgeous and we have loved our time there. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you Jane for another amazing stay. My boys now call it ‘our holiday house’ and we’re just so lucky to have found you! We’ll be back as soon as we can!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review, Sarah. We’re delighted to hear that you family have enjoyed another great stay at Old Farm Cottage (AKA ‘your holiday house’). We hope to see you again in the near future!

Old Farm Cottage is a really lovely place in a gorgeous location about a 15’ walk from The Swan at Bibury but beautifully quiet and peaceful - birdsong fills the air and the garden at the cottage is wonderful with a choice of sitting front or back to catch the sun. Inside the cottage is a good size with all amenities- the log burner makes it cosy but it is very warm without. Comfy beds, good bedlinen and 2 bathrooms make it a great place to stay. We were 3 friends staying for a weekend away and with a bedroom each it was the perfect choice. We would certainly come back for another visit. Just one note the parking at the back is a bit tricky to find so I would ask for a map before you set off - the track is bumpy but perfectly usable. Also the keysafe location is a bit puzzling and I wonder how easy it would be to find in the dark. Otherwise great place.

Thank you Nikki for your lovely review on Old farm Cottage, we are thrilled you had such a wonderful stay and we look forward to welcoming you back.
