Benson Cottage is a beautiful double-fronted Cotswold stone holiday home near Chipping Campden which sleeps six guests, in three spacious bedrooms, with three ensuite bathrooms. On the ground floor there are two cosy reception rooms, one with a wood burner, and an open plan kitchen/dining area which leads out into the pretty garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the summer sunshine. Situated within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Benson Cottage enjoys far-reaching rural views, and boasts a contemporary interior with a range of modern facilities.

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Location Information

Paxford is an idyllic Cotswold village with an award-winning pub at its centre and fantastic country and river walks on its doorstep. Just three miles away is the picturesque market town of Chipping Campden, home to a number of boutiques and eateries, as well as being the starting point of The Cotswold Way. The initial stretch takes you up to Dover’s Hill where walkers are rewarded with breathtaking views across the Vale of Evesham.
For your shopping essentials, there is a Co-op in Chipping Campden.
Paxford is well-placed for exploring the many charming towns and villages of the North Cotswolds such as Moreton-in-Marsh, Stow-on-the-Wold, Broadway and Blockley.

  • Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00
Security Deposit

A security deposit of £250 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date, providing no damage is reported the pre-authorisation will be released 5 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
