Dating back to the 17th century, Keeley Cottage has an abundance of character with exposed Cotswold stone walls, wooden beams and floorboards, stone mullion windows and flagstone flooring, offering you a quintessential Cotswold stay. On the ground floor there is a stylish sitting room with a lovely Cotswold stone fireplace with a cosy wooden burning stove, a well-equipped kitchen and a large dining area with seating for six, which leads out into the wonderful garden, home to plenty of comfortable seating and a charcoal BBQ, a great outdoor space to enjoy all year round. Keeley Cottage is a dog friendly holiday home, suitable for two well behaved dogs.

Fully enclosed 100ft tiered garden with a variety of plants, trees and shrubbery dotted throughout. The garden has a mixture of lawn, gravel and two patio areas home to an outdoor table with seating for seating for six, plus a parasol and a small bistro table with two chairs, plus a charcoal barbecue.

  • This period property has steep stairs, sloped ceilings (on the second floor) and some steps between rooms (on the first floor)
  • Stairs lead up from the floor landing directly into the second bedroom, children should therefore be supervised in this bedroom 
  • There is a tiered garden, therefore children and dogs should be supervised outside
  • The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
  • No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

  • The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant
  • Hen and Stag parties are not permitted, though other same sex groups can enquire 
  • Events are not permitted without prior consent
  • A security deposit is required at this property
  • Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00
  • The garden is regularly maintained by a professional gardening service and although this work is generally carried out when the property is vacant, the gardener may need to carry out work whilst the property is occupied. If you require further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us
     
Security Deposit

A security deposit of £150 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date, providing no damage is reported the pre-authorisation will be released 5 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Keeley Cottage is located in picturesque town of Chipping Campden, a vibrant market town benefitting from a wide range of boutique shops, pubs, tea rooms and restaurants. Surrounded by the stunning Cotswolds countryside, there are many footpaths and cycle routes on its doorstep including the 100 mile long Cotswold Way walking trail which passes through the town.
For your shopping essentials, there is a Co-op in Chipping Campden, Waitrose in Stratford-upon-Avon and a Tesco Superstore in Stow-on-the-Wold and Evesham.
Chipping Campden sits in the heart of the North Cotswolds and is perfectly placed for visiting the many scenic towns and villages of the region such as Stow-on-the-Wold, Broadway, Blockley, Bourton-on-the-Water, Stratford-upon-Avon and Cheltenham.

Excellent cottage to stay in within a great location. Great for dog owners as there are a lot of places to eat locally that are dog friendly and some amazing walks to do. The owner is very friendly and has set the cottage up beautifully with everything you will need.
