In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Location Information

Manor Farm Cottage is located in the quaint and peaceful village of Donnington, less than two miles away from the historic market town of Stow-on-the-Wold. Surrounded by countryside and far-reaching views, there are many local footpaths including routes to neighbouring Broadwell, and the Donnington Way, a superb trail which takes in all of Donnington Brewery's pubs!
For your shopping essentials, there are many retailers in Stow-on-the-Wold and a Tesco Superstore located on the Fosse Way.
Donnington is a perfect location from which to explore the North Cotswold favourites of Bourton-on-the-Water, Snowshill, Daylesford and Broadway.

The Finer Details

  • Due to space constraints in the living areas, the maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 infant under the age of 1 year
  • Regrettably, guests under the age of 18 are not permitted, excluding 1 infant under the age of 1 year
  • Bed linen and towels are provided
  • Parking for 1 car is available directly outside the property but please note that larger vehicles will need to park tightly against the wall to avoid blocking the lane. Additional parking can be found around the village 
  • 1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £250 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date and, providing no damage is reported, the pre-authorisation will be released 7 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
