As you enter the property from the raised wooden terrace, you are presented with an open plan layout comprising of a well-presented kitchen, cosy living room and dining table leading onto the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. During your stay, you will have exclusive access to an indoor heated swimming pool making this Cotswold cottage the perfect option for year round staycations.

Tucked away on the outskirts of Fairford, The Pool House is a beautiful luxury two bedroom Cotswold holiday home which sleeps four guests, both bedrooms have an ensuite. On the ground floor, the open plan layout comprises of a well-presented kitchen, comfortable living room and dining table leading onto a private and enclosed courtyard with outdoor seating for eight and BBQ. As you may have guessed by the properties name, you will have exclusive access to an indoor heated swimming pool during your stay making this cottage the perfect option for year round staycations.

Access to property is via the swimming pool. There is a one meter wide walkway which is lit at night by motion sensors

• Swimming pool available for use between 10:00 and 18:00 daily. Children to be accompanied at all times in the pool area and must adhere to all pool rules provided during your stay
• Gas central heating system
• The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
• No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

• The maximum occupancy for this property is 8 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 2 additional infants
• Hen and Stag groups are not permitted
• Commercial and work related bookings are welcomed. Note there is no dedicated work space
• Single sex groups on request
• The owners live in the attached main house
