Location Information

Malmesbury is a historic hilltop market town on the southern edge of the Cotswolds, believed to be England's oldest borough. The town centre offers a good selection of independent shops, cosy cafes, traditional pubs and restaurants, as well as a Waitrose and a Co-op for your shopping essentials. There are plenty of footpaths on the doorstep, including scenic riverside walks along the Avon and routes out into the surrounding Wiltshire countryside.
Malmesbury is perfectly placed for discovering the South Cotswolds, with the picturesque town of Tetbury just a short drive away, along with Cirencester, Bath and the pretty village of Castle Combe. Nearby you will also find Westonbirt Arboretum, a beautiful spot for a woodland stroll, and a number of fantastic local farm shops, perfect for stocking up on local produce.
