Tucked away on the outskirts of Fairford, The Pool House is a beautiful luxury two bedroom holiday cottage which sleeps four guests, both of which are ensuite. On the ground floor, the open plan layout comprises of a well-presented kitchen, comfortable living room and dining table leading onto a private and enclosed courtyard with outdoor seating and BBQ. As you may have guessed by the properties name, you will have access to a shared indoor heated swimming pool during your stay making this cottage the perfect option for year round staycations.

For those travelling with larger parties, Meadow View, a neighbouring two bedroom Cotswold holiday home, can be booked in conjunction with The Pool House.

Access to property is via the shared swimming pool. There is a one meter wide walkway which is lit at night by motion sensors

• Bed linen and towels are provided - all bedding and throw cushions in the bedrooms are hypoallergenic. There are some feather cushions in the living room

• 1 travel cot with slim mattress pad, 1 highchair and 2 stair gates are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)

• Swimming pool available for use between 10:00 and 18:00 daily. Access is shared with neighbouring holiday let and owners. Children to be accompanied at all times in the pool area and must adhere to all pool rules provided during your stay
• There are some steps between rooms and reduced head height in some rooms

• The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
• No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

• The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 2 additional infants
• Hen and Stag groups are not permitted
• Commercial and work related bookings are welcomed. Note there is no dedicated work space
• Single sex groups on request
• There is a neighbouring holiday let and the owners live in the attached main house
