Awake to sweeping countryside views framed by generous picture windows and head out to your private deck for a leisurely morning coffee. Light snacks can be prepared in the kitchenette or for the more adventurous create and al fresco meal on the stove grill. After a day spent exploring the many local attractions, relax into a deep bubble bath and enjoy a star lit sky

Accommodation
This one-bedroom air conditioned cabin is the perfect getaway to relax and unwind in the beautiful Cotswold countryside. Entering through a private gate, step onto the decking and accommodation laid out as follows:

Additional facilities
Guests can pre-book on-site activities (for an additional charge) including Reformer Pilates, Padel courts, seasonal outdoor climbing, Scenic Sauna and bicycle hire. Award-winning Roots + Seeds cafe and kitchen is open daily serving delicious cooked breakfasts, winter Sunday roasts and summer pop-up events. The camping reception stocks essentials and sweet treats.

Booking & Payment

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Location Information

Foxy is close to the small market town on Northleach, a well-kept secret in the Cotswolds it retains a local way of life. Dating back to the 15^th century the church of St Peter and St Paul is often referred to as the cathedral of the Cotswolds, housing impressive bronze memorials commemorating wealthy wool traders. With plenty of spots for a bite to eat or drink, it is pleasant place to while away some time. The Sherborne Arms offers looks of quiet nooks and menus celebrating local produce.

For your shopping essentials, there is a Budgens in Northleach, a Tesco Superstore, a Waitrose and an M&S Food Hall in Cirencester plus a Tesco in Stow-on-the-Wold.
With easy access to the Fosse Way, the Roman town of Cirencester is easily explored with its varied shopping streets, excellent dining options and Roman historical links at every turn. For water enthusiasts, it is an easy extension to South Cerney with opportunities for fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking. The pretty villages of Bibury and Bourton-on-the-Water are even closer.

No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

Security Deposit/Accidental Damage Waiver

Bookings at this property require either a £100 Security Deposit or payment of a non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver. Where you choose a Security Deposit and we have your payment card details on file (for your security, these details are tokenised), we have the right to charge an amount up to the value of the Security Deposit to your payment card up to seven days after your departure date. In some circumstances, we may require a pre-authorisation of the Security Deposit amount against your payment card seven days prior to your arrival date, which will be released seven days after your departure date, providing no damage is reported or excessive cleaning is required. You may choose to waive the requirement for a Security Deposit by paying for an Accidental Damage Waiver at checkout. This is a non-refundable payment that covers the cost of any accidental damage or breakages to the property or its contents, up to the value of the Security Deposit. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
