Rosy is one of four private and contemporary cabins perfectly positioned to enjoy far reaching countryside views. Equipped with all modern comforts, it boasts picture windows for lazy mornings soaking up the scenery from the comfort of your bed, a small kitchenette to prepare a tasty breakfast on the sun-filled deck. As the sun sets, make use of the outdoor wood burning stove with grill or simply relax in the freestanding bath and enjoy wide open skies.
Accommodation
This one-bedroom air conditioned cabin is the perfect romantic retreat with an abundance of wellness activities to enjoy after exploring the beautiful Cotswold countryside. Entering through a private gate, step onto the decking and accommodation laid out as follows:
Living area (sleeps 2)
King size bed with large windows on two sides, two chairs and coffee table, kitchenette with microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle.
Shower room
Overhead shower with handheld shower attachment, loo and wash basin
Outside
Private decking area with freestanding bath and bean bag loungers. Garden stove with grill plate.
Additional facilities
Guests can pre-book on-site activities (for an additional charge) including Reformer Pilates, Padel courts, seasonal outdoor climbing, Scenic Sauna and bicycle hire. Award-winning Roots + Seeds cafe and kitchen is open daily serving delicious cooked breakfasts, winter Sunday roasts and summer pop-up events. The camping reception stocks essentials and sweet treats.
Booking & Payment
StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.
For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.
Location Information
Northleach enjoys an enviable topography in the valley of the River Leach. Whilst peaceful and tranquil, its proximity to the A40 enables easy access to Burford with its iconic high street and independent shops, cafes, pubs and the delightful Burford Garden Centre. En route be sure to stop and enjoy the idyllic riverside side setting of The Fox at Barrington.

- There is a step up to the decking and the cabin is accessed via a woodland path, and is not therefore suitable for people with mobility issues
- The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
- No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
- Commercial and work related bookings are not permitted
- Events are not permitted without prior consent
- Either a Security Deposit or payment of an Accidental Damage Waiver is required at this property
- Check in is from 15:00 and check out is by 10:00
- Please respect any fellow guests by keeping the noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am
- Please do not leave the garden stove unattended when lit
- The cabins are made of timber, fireworks, Chinese lanterns, candles, BBQs and fire pits are not permitted
Bookings at this property require either a £100 Security Deposit or payment of a non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver. Where you choose a Security Deposit and we have your payment card details on file (for your security, these details are tokenised), we have the right to charge an amount up to the value of the Security Deposit to your payment card up to seven days after your departure date. In some circumstances, we may require a pre-authorisation of the Security Deposit amount against your payment card seven days prior to your arrival date, which will be released seven days after your departure date, providing no damage is reported or excessive cleaning is required. You may choose to waive the requirement for a Security Deposit by paying for an Accidental Damage Waiver at checkout. This is a non-refundable payment that covers the cost of any accidental damage or breakages to the property or its contents, up to the value of the Security Deposit. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
