An exquisite open-plan living space designed with socialising in mind. Character features include full height windows which flood the space with natural light and high vaulted ceilings with exposed timber beams. Amenities include 2 x Bosch electric ovens, Inset 5 burner gas hob with wok burner, microwave, 2 x dishwashers, large drinks fridge, ‘Quooker’ Boiling water tap, Nespresso coffee machine with an initial supply of pods, toaster and a kettle. Three sets of French doors lead out onto the main terrace, creating the perfect indoor/outdoor living environment during the summer months. Professionally landscaped, this fantastic outside space boasts manicured lawn areas, beautiful countryside views, ample outdoor furniture, a gas barbecue (March-October), a private cedar clad electric hot tub that seats 4-6 adults *** The Hot Tub is charged at £150 and is added to the booking at the point of payment*** and a sunken trampoline. At the front of the property there is a large shared courtyard and terrace.Guests are also welcome to use the covered shared games area, home to an outdoor pool table, table football, table tennis, giant Jenga and Connect 4.
From the 1st of September 2024 onwards, please note that the shared courtyard, trampoline, and games room will no longer be available for guest use

In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.
For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.
A security deposit of £750 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date and, providing no damage is reported, the pre-authorisation will be released 7 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
