Honeystone Cottage, situated in the peaceful village of Withington near Northleach is a fabulously modernised Cotswold stone cottage, sleeping six guests (no children aged seven or under permitted) across three king size bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor. The living room is equipped with a wood burning stove so enjoy cosy evenings in front of the fire, there is a dedicated work space and the spacious kitchen is equipped with all the mod cons. To the rear of the property is a large lawn garden with patio to enjoy on sunnier days when visiting the Cotswolds. Honeystone is also a pet friendly holiday cottage and welcomes one medium sized dog, no larger than a Labrador.

In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.
For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.
Location Information
Withington is surrounded by the breathtaking countryside of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with many walks and cycle routes on its doorstep to discover. The village is well-placed for exploring the many vibrant towns of the Cotswolds including the regency spa town of Cheltenham, home to the beautiful Pittville Park and Cheltenham Racecourse, and Cirencester, Capital of the Cotswolds and well-known for its range of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. The honeypots of Bourton-on-the-Water, Winchcombe and Broadway are all nearby and further afield destinations such as Bath, Hereford and Oxford are accessible for day trips and showcase extraordinary architecture.

- The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Regrettably, Honeystone Cottage does not accept children under the age of 8 years

- Starter supply of wood provided for the wood burning stove from October to end of March only
- The property is accessed via three wide steps which lead down towards the front door. These steps can become slippery when wet and so guests should be careful when approaching the property
- Please note that the back garden is not enclosed and that towards the end of the garden there is an unfenced stream and pond and so children and dogs should be supervised outside at all times
- There is an original hayloft staircase outside the back door however please note that there is no handrail or safety barrier and so climbing the stairs is not recommended due to the drop between levels
- The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
- No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
- Hen and Stag parties are not permitted, though other same sex groups can enquire and are accepted at the discretion of the owner
- Commercial and work related bookings are not permitted
- Events are not permitted without prior consent
- A security deposit is required at this property
- Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00
- Honeystone Cottage is located close to a wedding venue, though unfortunately, this property is not able to accept additional day guests for wedding preparation such as make up artists or hairdressers
- Please be aware there is a Ring security camera
- Charging electric vehicles at this property is not permitted
A security deposit of £250 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date and, providing no damage is reported, the pre-authorisation will be released 7 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
