StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Location Information

Kingsley House is nestled in the quaint village of Draycott which is surrounded by wonderful countryside and only a short drive from the market town of Moreton-in-the-Marsh. The property is just up the road from the attractive village of Blockley, home to two pubs and a community run cafe which serves tasty lunches and pastries! Draycott is a great base for days out in the area with Batsford Arboretum, Hidcote Gardens, Broadway Tower and Diddly Squat Farm Shop all accessible via a short car ride.
For your shopping essentials, there is the Blockley village shop and larger supermarkets in the neighbouring market town of Moreton-in-Marsh.
Draycott sits in the North Cotswolds and is perfectly placed for visiting the much-loved towns and villages of Chipping Campden, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water and Broadway.

  • The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under) 
  • Bed linen and towels are provided 
  • Off street parking is available for up to 2 cars
  • Travel cots and highchairs are not provided, so guests will need to bring these with them

  • Charging electric vehicles at this property is not permitted
  • Please note there is a third floor that is strictly not available for guest use
Security Deposit

A security deposit of £250 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date and, providing no damage is reported, the pre-authorisation will be released 7 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
