The most recent addition of the orangery adds a wonderful modern touch, allowing guests to enjoy the stunning garden all year round. Set against the backdrop of the village church, the garden is truly special with a hot tub, carp pond and traditional well. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Location Information

Manor House is located in the centre of the picturesque village of Sedgeberrow, next to the beautiful village church, St Mary the Virgin. The area benefits from multiple wonderful eateries, including the village's own Shukur's at the Queen's Head. Sedgeberrow lies within a lovely and unspoiled tract of countryside southwest of Broadway and is ringed by the beautiful Cotswold spots of Elmley Castle, Dumbleton and nearby Beckford, home to The Old Post Office cafe and gardens.
For your shopping essentials, Evesham has a variety of options, however there is a range of local shops and most well-known supermarkets deliver to the area.

  • The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
  • No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
Things to Note...
  • The maximum occupancy for this property is 10 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 3 additional infants
  • Hen and Stag parties are not permitted, though other same sex groups can enquire
  • Commercial and work related bookings are not permitted
  • Events are not permitted without prior consent
  • A security deposit is required at this property
  • Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00
  • The garden is regularly maintained by a professional gardening service and although this work is generally carried out when the property is vacant, the gardener may need to carry out work whilst the property is occupied. If you require further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us
Security Deposit

A security deposit of £300 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date, providing no damage is reported the pre-authorisation will be released 5 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
