Norton Cottage is a beautifully presented Cotswold holiday home which sleeps six guests, in three spacious bedrooms, with a family bathroom and ensuite. This wonderful home away from home has been recently refurbished with a calming colour scheme and tasteful, stylish, unique pieces to create a warm and contemporary finish. There is a garden room and enclosed courtyard patio at the rear, and the bustling High Street is just a short walk from Norton Cottage's front door.

This perfectly situated three bedroom holiday cottage makes an ideal base for friends, couples and families who are looking to explore the fantastic shops, restaurants and pubs on its doorstep, as well as the wonderful neighbouring villages and countryside nearby. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Location Information

The historic market town of Chipping Norton is one of the more lively Cotswold towns, well known for its vibrant High Street and wide selection of independent shops, top-quality restaurants and pubs. The town includes a noteworthy church, theatre, museum and open-air Lido too!
For your shopping essentials, there is a Co-op and a Sainsbury's just a few minutes' walk away.
Chipping Norton is well-placed for visiting the nearby Cotswold honeypots of Stow-on-the-Wold and Bourton-on-the-Water, as well as local attractions which include Chastleton House, Blenheim Palace and Soho Farmhouse. Just five miles away is Kingham Station, which has direct trains to London Paddington, making this a great choice for those looking to explore further afield destinations as well.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £250 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date, providing no damage is reported the pre-authorisation will be released 5 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
