Location Information

The ancient parish of Mickleton has been called ‘the Gateway to the Cotswolds’, where the Cotswolds meets Shakespeare Country and the Vale of Evesham. The village itself has a post office, general food store, a traditional butchers shop and two pubs, namely The King's Arms and The Butcher's Arms, both authentic and traditional pubs serving food. Mickleton is also home to the famous Pudding Club; the home of the Great British Pudding since 1985, booking is essential! Hidcote Manor Gardens and Kiftsgate Court, both world renowned gardens are literally right on your doorstep and both worth visiting during your stay in this beautiful area.
For your shopping essentials, The Village Store offers everyday groceries and is located in Mickleton High Street. On the outskirts you will find Pages Farm Shop offering homegrown and local produce. There is a Co-op in Chipping Campden, 3 miles away and a Tesco Superstore in Evesham, 9 miles away.
Mickleton is one of the Cotswolds most northerly villages and is perfectly placed for visiting the much loved towns of Winchcombe, Chipping Campden, Stratford-upon-Avon and Cheltenham as well as the picture postcard villages of Broadway and Blockley.
