Pear Tree Cottage is a beautiful and stylish Cotswold holiday cottage. It provides ample accommodation for four guests (no children aged ten or under permitted), in two comfortable bedrooms, with one modern bathroom. On the ground floor, the rooms flow seamlessly into one another. Features such as two stone inglenook fireplaces with wood burning stoves, exposed wooden beams and an original stone mullion window create a warm and charming atmosphere. The garden is well maintained, very peaceful with far reaching views, has a private upper lawn area and a lower winding path amongst the fruit trees and rose bushes.

Ground Floor
Sitting room
The morning sun pours through the bay window. You can sit very comfortably on one of the two or three seater sofas amongst the vintage and antique furniture, original pictures adorn the walls, there is Free Sat TV and a DAB Radio and docking station and don’t forget the promise of cosy evenings by the stone inglenook fireplace with wood burner
Dining room
The living area leads into this very well thought out space, which has a wonderful dining table for at least 6, comfortable upholstered high back dining chairs, another stone inglenook with wood burning stove and a restored balloon back chair next to a Crittal window which is a perfect private corner for reading or making phone calls
Kitchen
Overlooking the pretty private garden, one finds a fully equipped and functioning kitchen including electric cooker, hob, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, CD player and all the cooking equipment you could possibly need
Utility room
This is the perfect space for keeping all your outdoor gear and for storing supplies for the week. There is a washing machine, drying rack, wine rack, additional fridge with small icebox, microwave and hooks a plenty
First Floor
Master bedroom (Sleeps 2)
Overlooking the very peaceful lane, there is a luxury king sized bed, chest of drawers, dressing table, wooden rocking chair, full length mirror and hangers for clothes. The bedside tables and lamps add to the ambience
Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2)
This twin bedded very comfortable room has a stone mullioned window with the original pear tree outside and gorgeous thick curtains. There are bedside tables, lamps, a chest of drawers, a wooden towel rail, a book case and some original art on the walls
Family bathroom
This spacious area includes a deep bath, walk in shower, loo, basin, heated towel rail and storage cupboards. The view from the window is over the fields and far away
Outside
Honey coloured Cotswold stone walls envelop you in this secluded and tranquil space, mixed with bird song and glorious views amongst fruit trees, shrubs and rose bushes. You will also find an outside table and chairs for four along with a barbecue

In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.
For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.
A security deposit of £200 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date and, providing no damage is reported, the pre-authorisation will be released 7 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
