From those beginnings grew a mission to create healthier preserves, using as little sugar as possible – just enough to let nature’s finest ingredients shine while preserving them beautifully.

Today, they produce an extraordinary range of handmade jams, marmalades, chutneys, relishes, sauces and pickles – with over 100 varieties that change with the seasons. Whether it’s a bright, citrusy marmalade to lift your morning toast, a rich chutney for a cheeseboard, or a vibrant relish to elevate a picnic or party spread, there’s a flavour for every mood and moment.
Despite their impressive growth, Dauntsey Preserves remains a small family business, supported by a dedicated local team and trusted growers across the Cotswolds and West Country. Ingredients are picked, peeled, chopped, stirred and potted with care – both in their commercial kitchen and at home in the South Cotswolds – ensuring every jar is bursting with authentic, locally sourced flavour.
Their passion and craftsmanship haven’t gone unnoticed. In just two years, they’ve won over 50 awards, including accolades from the Great Taste Awards, Taste of the West Awards and even the prestigious World Marmalade Championships.
