This Grade II listed dog friendly holiday cottage has lovely character features including exposed beams, a cosy wood burner and a roll top bath, and enjoys far-reaching rural views from the upper levels.

The stunning garden at the rear is laid out across multiple tiers and features a patio area with outdoor furniture and charcoal BBQ, a lawn with two Adirondack chairs, decked area with seating for four, as well as a final elevated tier complete with seating and fire pit, a peaceful spot from which to enjoy country views
Within the shed there is a washing machine/tumble dryer, iron and ironing board
Please note there are drops between levels in the garden

• 1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)

• Due to the drop between levels in the unenclosed tiered garden, young children and dogs should be supervised at all times
• Charcoal BBQ with starter supply of charcoal provided from April to September (guests are responsible for providing charcoal outside of these months and for cleaning BBQ after use)
• Gas central heating system and electric underfloor heating on the ground floor
• Starter supply of wood provided for the wood burning stove from October to March
• There are stone steps to access the property and reasonably steep stairs up to the second floor
• The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
• No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

• The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 2 additional infants
• Hen and Stag parties are not permitted, though other same sex groups can enquire 
• Events are not permitted without prior consent
