This Cotswold stone property is brimming with rustic charm and traditional features, such as the original iron studded front door, a sign of its rich history as part of the village. The stylishly timeless interiors add to the cottage's cosy feel with many warm nooks to relax in including a study and a statement copper bath. Just a short drive from the popular village of Broadway, Rex Cottage is perfectly located for exploring the North Cotswolds either by car or on the many local footpaths in the area.

In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Location Information

Willersey is a quaint village brimming with Cotswold charm and character. The village benefits from a duck pond, children's play area and two popular country pubs, The Bell Inn and The New Inn. The village occupies a fantastic location just a short five minute drive from the renowned village of Broadway, home to an array of independent shops and eateries with a superb golf club on the outskirts. The area houses a wide range of footpaths for all abilities including the scenic walk to and around Broadway Tower with its far reaching views of the picturesque Cotswold countryside. For your shopping essentials, there is a Co-op in Broadway, however most supermarkets do offer delivery to this area.
Willersey occupies an enviable location on the edge of the North Cotswolds within an easy drive of many popular attractions and the renowned market towns of Stratford-upon-Avon and Moreton-in-Marsh.

  • The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
  • No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

  • The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant
  • Hen and Stag parties are not permitted
  • Events are not permitted without prior consent
  • A security deposit is required at this property
  • Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00
Security Deposit

A security deposit of £250 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date and, providing no damage is reported, the pre-authorisation will be released 7 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
