This stylish first floor apartment features a light and airy open plan sitting area, kitchen and dining area. There is also a small covered patio space at ground level and a pretty grass area to the side which can be enjoyed all year round. The Old Stables is positioned within the stunning grounds of Broadwell Manor, a quintessential Grade II* listed Georgian country house.The Old Stables at Broadwell Manor is a dog friendly holiday home, suitable for two dogs.
The Old Stables at Broadwell Manor can be booked either on its own, or with Orchard House at Broadwell Manor which sleeps 2+2 guests. Located in the same estate grounds, the two together offer an ideal setup for two families or friends travelling together.

Booking & Payment
StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.
For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.
Location Information
Whilst staying in the beautiful North Cotswolds why not visit the much loved villages of Bourton-on-the-Water, Chipping Campden, Broadway and Lower Slaughter. There are also plenty of popular attractions to experience close by such as Fairytale Farm and Batsford Arboretum and Sezincote.
The Finer Details
- The maximum occupancy for this property is four guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by one additional infant (aged 2 or under)
- Bed linen and towels are provided (duvets and pillows are a mixture hypoallergenic and feathered)
- Off street parking is available for up to 2 cars
- 1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)
- 2 dogs are welcome for an additional £40 per booking per dog. For pet rules, please visit our FAQs
- Please note that dogs are to be kept on a lead whilst on the manor grounds at the owners request

- BBQ provided April to October only (owners will supply charcoal but guests are responsible for cleaning BBQ after use)

- External wooden stairs to access the apartment, sloping ceilings throughout and a small step up from utility area towards bedrooms otherwise all on one level
- The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
- No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
- Events are not permitted without prior consent
- A security deposit is required at this property
- The Old Stables at Broadwell Manor is a self-contained property in the grounds where the owners live
- Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00
- Charging electric vehicles at this property is not permitted
A security deposit of £200 is required for bookings at this property. We reserve the right to charge an amount up to the value of the security deposit to your payment card up to 7 days after your departure date. In some circumstances, we may require a pre-authorisation of the security deposit amount against your payment card 7 days prior to your arrival date, which will be released 7 days after your departure date, providing no damage is reported or excessive cleaning is required. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
