StayCotswold is delighted to announce that Tom Burdett, Managing Director at Character Cottages and Tracy Archer former Sales and Marketing Director from the Pure Cottages Group are joining the board at StayCotswold.
Tom Burdett
Born and bred in the Cotswolds, Tom Burdett will be joining StayCotswold as a Director, this Summer, bringing with him sixteen years experience of working in both estate agency and holiday letting. His holiday letting expertise and knowledge of the local Cotswolds market gained at Character Cottages, along with his passion for faultless client service will drive the growth of the independent holiday cottage agency.
Tracy Archer
Tracy Archer is a senior marketing consultant with a number of director level roles for a variety of brands under her belt, specialising in leisure and holidays. She was part of the senior leadership team that delivered an ambitious growth plan for the Pure Cottages Group, resulting in the sale to Sykes Holiday Cottages, at the end of 2019.
Pure Cottages was a prestigious holiday home letting agent network of 1600 high quality properties in the Lake District, Cotswolds and Cornwall. The group was made up of the following brands: Lakelovers, Heart of the Lakes, Lake District Lodge Holidays, John Bray Cornish Holidays and Character Cottages.
Pure Cottages won the BVCA mid market management team award in September 2019.
Tracy will lead the Marketing team for the StayCotswold brand to ensure that the bookings potential of every property is maximised.

2021 promises to be an exciting year for StayCotswold because of the growth of the staycation market, a larger senior management team, expansion of the customer services team, and the launch in the Summer of a new refreshed brand along with a new user friendly, fully optimised website with easy online booking.
