The Tractor Shed can be booked either on its own or with The Old Workshop which sleeps two guests. Located next to one another, the two together offer an ideal setup for larger families, or for friends travelling together.

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Location Information

The Tractor Shed is a family friendly holiday home located within the Fossedene Manor grounds which are in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by beautiful rolling hills and fields. The nearby village of Combrook has a rich history dating back to the 11th century and is known for its traditional architecture and friendly locals. One of the main attractions in Combrook is St. Mary's Church, a beautiful example of Norman architecture with its stunning stained glass windows and intricate carvings. For your shopping essentials, there is a Co-op in Kineton and a Sainsbury's and Co-op in Wellesbourne.
Combrook is well-placed for visiting neighbouring Compton Verney, an extraordinary estate comprising 120 acres of art, nature and creativity, as well as being a short drive from Stratford-upon-Avon, Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Campden and Broadway.

  • The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under)

  • No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

  • Please note there is CCTV to the front of the property which covers the parking area, electric entrance gates to the grounds and the driveway
Security Deposit

A security deposit of £350 is required for bookings at this property. We reserve the right to charge an amount up to the value of the security deposit to your payment card up to 7 days after your departure date. In some circumstances, we may require a pre-authorisation of the security deposit amount against your payment card 7 days prior to your arrival date, which will be released 7 days after your departure date, providing no damage is reported or excessive cleaning is required. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
