One of the oldest and most picturesque breweries in the Cotswolds, Donnington Brewery is only a short drive from Broadwell. Located on the site of a medieval watermill, the honey-coloured buildings sit next to a beautiful mill pond, home to swans and peacocks. Tours run every Friday at 10am, 12 noon and 2pm.
6. Enjoy a Coffee in Moreton-in-Marsh

Learn some of the local history of Broadwell village at St Paul’s, the church building has many memorials around the walls that testify to the prosperous families who have supported it through the ages. Visitors will find beautifully presented medieval details and stained glass.

There are a surprising number of independent shops in Stow-on-the-Wold; you could easily spend the whole day there wandering around the boutique fashion shops, eclectic home interior stores, and local deli’s – not to mention the pubs!
