Broadway is one of three stylish glamping domes which sleeps 2+2 guests in a beautiful setting near Northleach. Designed for an off grid reset, each dome has its own solar powered shower and BBQ station for grilling a feast to enjoy from the comfort for your own deck. Inside the wood burning stove and chaise longue are perfect for cosying up with a good book and mug of hot chocolate. Broadway is the perfect choice for a couple looking to get away from it all or a family with young children seeking adventure.

Broadway can be booked either on its own, or with Bibury and Burford which both sleep 2+2 guests.

Accommodation
Set in a private woodland setting this one-bedroom dome offers a truly get away from it all experience. The fully insulated pod and facilities are laid out as follows:

Living area (sleeps 2+2)
Flooded with natural light and uninterrupted countryside views, king size bed, wood burning stove, hanging rail with shelves, small chaise longue, consul table with tea and coffee.

Solar powered shower, compost toilet and basin

Outside
Decking area with seating for four, fire pit and separate gas BBQ station with utensils and camping kettle

Additional facilities
Guests can pre-book on-site activities (for an additional charge) including Reformer Pilates, Padel courts, seasonal outdoor climbing, Scenic Sauna and bicycle hire. Award-winning Roots + Seeds cafe and kitchen is open daily serving delicious cooked breakfasts, winter Sunday roasts and summer pop-up events. The camping reception stocks essentials and sweet treats.

Booking & Payment

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Location Information

Broadway is situated in the heart of the Cotswolds countryside, close to the historic market town of Northleach which can be reached via a short car journey or a scenic walk. One of the lesser visited towns in the area, Northleach benefits from the impressive St Peter and St Paul church, two pubs, The Wheatsheaf Inn and The Sherborne Arms, both offering menus with locally sourced produce as well as lovely cafes and local shops.

For your shopping essentials, there is a Budgens in Northleach, a Tesco Superstore, a Waitrose and an M&S Food Hall in Cirencester plus a Tesco in Stow-on-the-Wold.
Bourton-on-Water, famous for attractions like the Motor Museum and Birdland, is easily reached as are the towns and villages of the North Cotswolds including Stow-on-the-Wold with it's plethora of independent shops. Moreton-in-Marsh with it's weekly open-air market and the beautiful Batsford Arboretum, covering 60 acres of wild gardens, paths and streams are well worth a visit.

There is a step up to the decking and the dome is accessed via a woodland path, and is not therefore suitable for people with mobility issues
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

Things to Note...

Commercial and work related bookings are not permitted
Events are not permitted without prior consent
Either a Security Deposit or payment of an Accidental Damage Waiver is required at this property
Check in is from 15:00 and check out is by 10:00
Please respect any fellow guests by keeping the noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am
Please do not leave the wood burning stove or fire pit unattended when lit
Fireworks, Chinese lanterns and candles are not permitted

Security Deposit/Accidental Damage Waiver

Bookings at this property require either a £100 Security Deposit or payment of a non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver. Where you choose a Security Deposit and we have your payment card details on file (for your security, these details are tokenised), we have the right to charge an amount up to the value of the Security Deposit to your payment card up to seven days after your departure date. In some circumstances, we may require a pre-authorisation of the Security Deposit amount against your payment card seven days prior to your arrival date, which will be released seven days after your departure date, providing no damage is reported or excessive cleaning is required. You may choose to waive the requirement for a Security Deposit by paying for an Accidental Damage Waiver at checkout. This is a non-refundable payment that covers the cost of any accidental damage or breakages to the property or its contents, up to the value of the Security Deposit. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
