High Barn and Little Barn are two newly refurbished holiday lets that sit closely next door to one another in the picturesque setting of Camden Farm, near the historic market town of Faringdon and Lechlade-on-Thames. There is a wood fired hot tub available and both barns have been refurbished to an exceptional standard to provide Character and Comfort throughout. The main living/entertaining space and three bedrooms are located in High Barn and a further 2 bedrooms plus TV room and kitchenette are located next door in the Little Barn. These dog friendly Cotswold holiday homes are an ideal place to escape to with your family or friends for some peace and quiet away from your busy life! These barns can be booked alongside our other holiday let properties onsite at Camden Farm which can accommodate further guests if required – Honey Cottage , Ivy Cottage, The Stables – ideal for a large family break or a group booking. This property sleeps a total of 10 guests – 6 people in 3 bedrooms in High Barn and 4 people in 2 bedrooms in Little Barn.
Living
Downstairs cloakroom with sink and WC. Underfloor heating is in High Barn on the ground floor.
Little Barn sits next door to High barn and has its own private entrance. There is a comfortable TV snug room, separate WC and small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. (Please note there are no other cooking facilities in Little Barn.) Little Barn has under floor heating throughout.

Outside
High Barn and Little Barn are situated on a rural farm surrounded by beautiful countryside.
The barns have their own dedicated enclosed outside space with outdoor seating, sun loungers, wood fired hot tub and charcoal BBQ.
Camden Farm is located a short walk from the river Thames. Why not rent a paddle board or hire the MOD truck 'Goose' for a picnic or BBQ along the river. All bookable upon arrival at Camden Farm Barns. Goose is located indoors during the winter months in Hub barn, a space which can be used for rainy day activities with use of a ping pong table and on request, the barn can be heated.
There is plenty of fun to be had for all with use of the table football, football pitch and trampoline.

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.
For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.
Location Information
High & Little Barns is situated in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside, close to the village of Radcot and just two and a half miles from the historic market town of Faringdon. This vibrant town is home to a number of pubs, restaurants and coffee shops, and even has its own tower which sits atop Folly Hill and looks out across five counties. Being just a stone's throw from the River Thames, you can pick up the Thames Path and explore the river on foot, or perhaps hire a boat from nearby Lechlade-on-Thames.
For your shopping essentials, there are local retailers and supermarkets in Faringdon.
Radcot is well-placed for visiting the many picturesque towns and villages of the region such as Cirencester, Burford, Bibury and Bampton, the latter recognised by many as the village in TV's Downton Abbey, and is within easy reach for a day trip to the impressive city of Oxford.

- The maximum occupancy for this property is 10 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by three additional infants (aged 2 or under)
- Bed linen and towels are provided
- Off street parking is available for up to 4 cars
- 1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)

- The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
- No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
- Hen and Stag groups are not permitted
- Events are not permitted without prior consent
- A security deposit is required at this property
- Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00
- Charging electric vehicles at this property is not permitted
- Arrivals between Monday 16th September and Saturday 12th October 2025 will require 10 days’ notice to ensure the properties can be made ready
A security deposit of £250.00 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date and, providing no damage is reported, the pre-authorisation will be released 7 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
