With exposed beams, stone mullion windows and flagstone flooring, Little Mullions is bursting with charm, offering you a quintessential Cotswold stay. On the ground floor there is a stylish sitting room with a lovely Cotswold stone fireplace with a cosy electric flame effect stove, large dining area with seating for six and a well-equipped kitchen which leads onto a well established courtyard garden, complete with outdoor seating and a charcoal barbecue. Little Mullions is a dog friendly holiday home, suitable for two well behaved dogs.

Surrounded by a colourful flowers with fragrant scents, the enclosed paved courtyard garden is home to an outdoor table with parasol and seating for six, plus a charcoal barbecue. Two old butler sinks now house herb gardens which guests are welcome to make use of, and within the outhouse there is a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.
For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Little Rissington is the perfect location from which to explore the many local attractions, as well as the picturesque towns and villages of the North Cotswolds such as Stow-on-the-Wold, Winchcombe, Chipping Campden and Broadway. - The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
- No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
- The maximum occupancy for this property is 7 guests, though the number of adults per booking is capped at 6. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant
- Hen and Stag parties are not permitted, though other same sex groups can enquire
- Events are not permitted without prior consent
- A security deposit is required at this property
- Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00
- Little Mullions has a lovely courtyard garden for guests to enjoy and it is important to the owners that guests are courteous and considerate towards the neighbouring properties. We politely request that guests do not disturb the neighbours and that loud music is not played outside after 23:00
A security deposit of £250 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date, providing no damage is reported the pre-authorisation will be released 5 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
