Quoin Cottage is a cosy and characterful Cotswold cottage which sleeps two guests (no children aged 17 or under permitted). This romantic countryside escape is nestled in the peaceful village of Oakridge Lynch, next to the welcoming Butchers Arms pub, and offers a wonderful blend of traditional features and cosy comforts. Laid out over two floors, this inviting home from home includes a snug sitting room, boasting a wood burner, exposed Cotswold stone walls and exposed beams, as well as a contemporary kitchen. The modern bathroom is located on the ground floor and upstairs, the dual aspect bedroom provides a comfortable space to unwind after a day exploring the Cotswolds.

In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Quoin Cottage is located in the grounds of the Butchers Arms in the peaceful village of Oakridge Lynch. Surrounded by rolling hills and beautiful woodland, the area is perfect for walkers and nature lovers, with a number of scenic footpaths on its doorstep and the wildlife havens of Minchinhampton and Rodborough Commons just a 20 minute drive away.

For your daily essentials, the village shop provides a range of basic items and Stroud boasts a wide variety of shops, supermarkets and independent markets.
Oakridge Lynch is ideally situated for exploring the South Cotswolds, with the honeypots of Cirencester, Nailsworth, Painswick, Minchinhampton and Tetbury all within easy reach, and the stunning spa town of Bath is also accessible for day trips. Security Deposit/Accidental Damage Waiver

Bookings at this property require either a £150 Security Deposit or payment of a non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver. Where you choose a Security Deposit and we have your payment card details on file (for your security, these details are tokenised), we have the right to charge an amount up to the value of the Security Deposit to your payment card up to seven days after your departure date. In some circumstances, we may require a pre-authorisation of the Security Deposit amount against your payment card seven days prior to your arrival date, which will be released seven days after your departure date, providing no damage is reported or excessive cleaning is required. You may choose to waive the requirement for a Security Deposit by paying for an Accidental Damage Waiver at checkout. This is a non-refundable payment that covers the cost of any accidental damage or breakages to the property or its contents, up to the value of the Security Deposit. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.

The cottage is small and neat but plenty of room for 2 plus a dog. Its nicely spec'd out and very comfortable. Location is excellent, with some great walking options and especially being a few feet from the pub front door. Sarah and team made us feel very welcome and definitely worth a visit. We will certainly be back.

This cottage was so lovely we stayed for a long weekend and absolutely loved it. The log burner was lovely and cozy, kitchen was very modern and had everything and more, and the bed was soooo comfy. The owners of the cottage are just next door in the pub and we couldn't believe how nice the food was aswell as the atmosphere and service. Thank you so much for having us
